How much lead time do you need?
Starter: any time. Launch: 1 week before your target launch date. Full Launch: 2 weeks (we have to schedule with hunters and journalists).
Can I cancel after I've started?
Pro-rated refund based on what's been completed. We invoice after the kickoff call so you can back out before any money changes hands.
